摘要
本论文从我国食品安全监管的现状出发,运用经济学的"外部性问题"、"市场失灵"、"政府失灵"等理论,分析食品市场出现食品安全恶性事故的原因,揭示我国食品安全监管的不足,并通过原因分析,阐述了加强政府监管的必要性,借鉴发达国家在食品安全监管方面的先进经验,提出提高我国食品安全监管有效性的对策。
This article uses a comparative analysis,analyzing the current states of the food supervision between the developed countries and our country, revealing the shortcomings of food supervision of our country.Learning the advanced experience of supervision from developed countries and drawing great inspiration from them.
