摘要
随着社会的发展和人才培养模式的多元化,创业型人才在社会需求方面突显了绝对的优势。本文首先分析了创业型人才培养的必要与紧迫性,基于科学发展观的基本观点,通过处理好三个方面的关系,从而实现大学生创业型人才培养模式的全面、协调和可持续发展。
With the development of our society and model diversification in talent training,entrepreneurial talents show prominent and absolute advantages of meeting social needs. In this paper,necessity and urgency of entrepreneurial talent training are analyzed firstly. Based on the Scientific Outlook on Development,we will realize comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development of entrepreneurial talent training model for college students,by straightening out three relationships.
