摘要
目的观察长托宁配伍消炎痛栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD的临床效果。方法观察53例绝经后妇女取IUD用长托宁配伍消炎痛栓后宫颈软化扩张及取环效果情况。并予心理护理、人性化服务、健康宣教等护理措施。结果取环成功者96.2%,失败者3.77%。结论长托宁配伍消炎痛栓用于绝经后妇女取IUD不需机械扩张宫颈,有利于取器,减少了并发症的发生,有效而安全。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combination of Misoprostol and penehyclidine hydrochloride on IUD taking out in climacteric women.Methods：Observe 48 cases of climacteric women uterus neck softening and extension and IUD taking out after applied with Misoprostol and penehyclidine hydrochloride.Health education humanity psychological nursing.Results：96.2% succeeded in taking out IUD,3.77% failed.Conclusion：Applying Misoprostol and penehyclidine hydrochloride need no extending uterus neck,helpful to taking out instrument,reducing complicate,effective and safe.
