摘要
依据知识管理相关理论,高等职业教育课程结构设计应该根据人才培养目标,在分析不同知识的功能和作用基础上,借助工业生产中的模块化思想,对课程体系结构和课程内容结构进行模块化构建。高等职业教育教学方法设计应该在分析认知规律和不同知识活动规律的基础上,构建包含体验、反思、交流和解读等手段的复合教学手段。高等职业教育教学效果的评价应该在分析高等教育相关利益需求的基础上,借助平衡计分卡分析工具,构建包括企业满意、政府和社会满意、学生满意和学校满意的多维评价指标体系。
According to the theory of knowledge management, the curriculum structure design of higher vocational education should carry out modularized construction on curriculum system structure and curriculum content structure according to talent cultivation objectives and on the basis of analyzing functions and roles of different knowledge. The teaching method design of higher vocational education should construct composite teaching measures consists of experiencing, reflection, communication and explanation based on analysis on cognitive rules and different knowledge rules. The teaching effects evaluation of higher vocational education should build multi-dimensional evaluation indicator system consists of enterprise satisfaction, goverumental and society satisfaction, student satisfaction and school satisfaction based on analysis on demand of stakeholders and referring the analysis tools of balance scoring card.
