四川具有丰富的牦牛肉资源,牦牛资源的开发和牦牛肉及其副产品的精深加工,不但可以提高农牧民的收入和生活水平,而且可以增加地方财政收入,提高就业率,对于发展地方经济,繁荣餐饮市场,维护藏区稳定都有积极的意义。
The large number of yaks in Sichuan provides an abundant source of yak meat.Intensive processing of yak meat and its side products will help to increase the income of local people,promote the fiscal revenue of the local government and boost employment,which is beneficial for the stabilization of the Tibetan areas.
