摘要
随着时代进步,绝大多数高职教育的现有人才培养方案已经落后于当代社会的整体需求,要想培养符合市场需求的人才,人才培养方案改革势在必行。本文探讨了如何在学校课程改革项目引导下,以酒店管理专业课程改革为突破口,做好酒店管理专业人才培养方案的整体设计,提升人才培养质量和水平,赢得市场人才竞争,满足社会需要。
With the development of the society,most of the course designs in vocational colleges have lagged behind the needs of the society,which makes it urgent to reform the current curriculum setup.Taking hotel management as an example,this paper explores how to update the curriculum against the background of the educational reform project so as to improve the graduates＇ competence in the labor market.
