摘要
对高速公路企业运营效益进行风险评价,可以为企业管理者在效益决策时提供依据。在对高速公路企业运营效益风险评价方法广泛研究的基础上,针对其局限性,提出了灰色层次分析法模型。该模型在建立评价指标体系的基础上,将灰色理论和层次分析法结合起来,并对高速公路企业运营效益风险进行评价,得出评价结论。文章运用该模型对某省的高速公路企业运营效益风险进行评价,验证了此模型的正确性。结果表明,运用该模型可以对高速公路企业运营效益风险评价得更科学合理,该方法具有一定的使用价值,结论可靠,可以让管理者对风险程度有清晰的认识。
The risk assessment of operational benefit in the expressway enterprises can provide a basis for enterprise managers when he（or she） makes benefit decision.Based on extensive research on risk assessment method for operational benefit of the enterprises,this paper presents gray Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）model for its limitations.The model is based on the evaluation index system,which combines gray theory and AHP method,with having a risk assessment of operational benefit in the expressway enterprises.Also,the correctness of the model was verified by applying it to risk assessment of operational benefit of a provincial expressway enterprise.The results show that this model is scientific and rational for risk assessment work.
