摘要
通过回归分析,得出了力学性能与成分之间的关系,讨论了成分控制范围,表明当C<0.27%,成分设计时以抗拉强度为边界条件.同时估计了在当前的控制水平下,碳、锰成分按中限控制时的废品率.
Relationship between tensile property and chemical composition of 20MnSi steel is obtained through regression analysis. It is discussed that tensile strength should be applied as boundary limitation in compo-sition design when C<0. 27%. Reject rate is also estimated on middle C, Mn content under current control level.
