摘要
采用稀释的三点测厚法溶液对不同存放期的热镀锌钢板耐蚀性进行了试验与比较,并用铬酸酐和硫酸的溶液提高侵蚀层的反光性以便于观察.结果表明,该方法能够简单方便地解析腐蚀特性;而镀锌层的质量是耐蚀性能的一个重要因素.
Using diluted three-drop thickness-measurement, the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel plate with different stock period was investigated. For convenience of observation, the corroded surface was treated with CrO3 and Na2SO4 solutions to improve reflectivity. The result showed that the corrosion resistance of the galvanized steel plate depends mainly on Zinc-Coaling quality.
