摘要
本文根据静电场的唯一性定理，运用两介质区内的电势分布试探函数Φ１和Φ２。
It is proved in this paper that the interaction forces between two charges,which are located in different homogeneous dielectrics with an infinite plane boundary between, obey the Newton's third law.The proof is based on the uniqueness theorem in electrostatics,making use of two trial functions Φ 1 and Φ 2 for the potentials in dielectrics.
