急性呼吸窘迫综合征的体外循环疗法 被引量：4

摘要 急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)是指非心源性的各种肺内外致病因素导致的急性、进行性、缺氧性呼吸衰竭。其发病机制主要是炎性细胞、细胞因子和炎性介质构成的调节网络失控,导致机体产生异常的炎症反应。近年来认识到在ARDS的发病机制中,中性粒细胞起到极其重要的作用。ARDS的体外循环疗法主要从针对病因和改善症状二方面着手,并已取得初步成效。本文将对ARDS的体外循环疗法作一综述。
