摘要
运用恒电量技术对使用聚合磷酸盐配方的冷却水系统进行腐蚀监测,通过Rp、Rf等参数的分析来研究影响操作效果的主要因素.能随时报道膜层的生长和维持情况,灵敏地反映水处理各阶段的腐蚀变化.
By a coulostatic perturbation meter and a computer as on line measurement system, the corrosion behaving of cooling water was monitored. Based on the analysis of E t attenuation curves, relevant parameters, R p and R f in equivalent circuit for the system, were obtained. Thus the factors which affect the application effect of ployphosphate in the treatment of circulation cooling water were studied, so the situation of film forming could be reported at all time, the corrosion of the systems could be also monitored sensitively.
