摘要
通过模拟贮存试验,研究了亚硫酸盐失效原因及防止方法.结果表明,目前广泛应用的亚硫酸盐法防止氧腐蚀效果有时不佳的原因主要是亚硫酸盐溶液在贮存期间的自动氧化.水质和pH值等条件对自动氧化几乎没有影响,催化剂的加入使贮存稳定性降低.根据实验结果,认为亚硫酸盐的自动氧化是以自由基机理进行的,可通过加入自由基吸收剂防止氧化失效.
The cause of degradation failure of sulfite and its prevention have been studied by simulative storage experiment.The results showed that the degradation failure for anticorrosion of sulfite was due to the autoxidation of aqueous sulfite during its storage. Water quality and pH value had little effect on the autoxidation. And adding of catalyst led to the decrease of its storage stability. It is concluded that the autoxidation of sulfite is based on free radical chain mechanism and can be prevented by adding free radical absorber.
