摘要
为使传统的大批量流水线适应１∶１混流生产形式，本文以车桥装配线零件实行集配上线为模式，通过对总装配线特点的分析研究和零件集配上线实验，认为对总装配线实行分段划块后实现零件集配上线是完全可行的。
In order to adapt traditional assembly line to 1∶1 mixed flow production pattern,this paper presents a “Part Collection Assemble” method used on Truck Bridge Assembly Line. Through analysis of final assembly line's features and test of “Part Collection Assemble” method , it is proved that taking the “Part Collection Assemble” is feasible on final assembly line divided into some zones
