摘要
通过制作人工试样模拟中心孔的常见缺陷,对汽轮机转子中心孔缺陷程度和涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了定性分析和研究,为汽轮机大轴中心孔的涡流探伤提供了一种确实可行的方法.
The relationship between the sizes Of the defects in the centre holes of turbine rotors and the characteristics of eddy current signals has been analysed and studied on the basis of different artificial defects made on a specimen for the simulation of common defects in the holes. It has provided a feasible method for the inspection of turbine rotors.
