Application of UCON Model on Electronic Medical Record

摘要 通过分析采用传统访问控制的电子病历系统存在的不足,提出了一种使用新一代访问控制模型——使用控制模型(UCON,usage control)思想的电子病历系统,并给出了具体的访问控制策略及其形式化描述。 By analyzing the disadvantages existing in EMR（Electronic Medical Record）system,this paper applied the idea of the next generation access control model usage control（UCON）model to the EMR system,and access control rules and formal description were given.
