摘要
采用丙酮为溶媒溶出共存的异烟肼,在0.1mol/LHCl中于291nm波长处测定维生素B6的含量。维生素B6在6-18μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.40%。
After isoniazid was extracted with acetone, vitamine B6 was determined in hydrochloric acid(0.1mol/L) at wavelength of 291nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of of 1-18 μ g/ml.The average recovery is 99.6% (RSD=0.14%, n=5) Suggesting our result is satisfactory.
