摘要
本文研究了不同基质对微型月季扦插繁殖的影响。实验插穗为微型月季品种‘金太阳’枝条,选用的基质以草炭、珍珠岩为材料配制。结果表明,不同基质中,微型月季扦插苗的叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根干重、生根数、根长、叶绿素含量和根系活力等指标均有差异;扦插效果较好的基质配方是草炭:珍珠岩=2:1(体积比),其次是草炭:珍珠岩=3:1,单纯以草炭或珍珠岩扦插效果较差。
Effects of substrate on cutting propagation of Rosa hybrida var. minima was studied. Twigs taken from Rosa hybrida var. minima ＇Golden Sun＇ as cuttings and substrate mixed with peat and perlite were used in the experiment. The results indicated that significant differences of seedling biomass, root number, chlorophyl content as well as root vigor among the different substrate was observed and substrate with peat ： perlite = 2 ： 1 got best propagation effect and next was peat ： perlite = 2 ： 1, cuttings in peat or perlite only got worse effects.
