摘要
介绍了2套氯乙烯精制单元的工艺技术特点,分析了碱洗系统管道易堵塞、固碱消耗量大和操作中存在安全隐患的原因,提出了氯乙烯碱洗系统的优化改造方案。
Characteristics of two sets of systems for the refining of vinyl chloride are introduced. Reasons for the easy blockage of pipes in alkaline washing system, high consumption of solid caustic soda and the existing of hidden danger are analyzed, A plan of optimizing modification of alkaline wash system for the refining of vinyl chloride is proposed.
