碎裂QRS波在心肌梗死诊断及预后判断中的应用 被引量：18

摘要 体表心电图上的病理性Q波被认为是透壁心肌梗死（MI）和心肌瘢痕组织形成的标志,而且与预后相关,和非Q波MI比较,Q波MI显著增加患者近期及远期病死率[1-2].但近年来随着溶栓、急诊介入或冠状动脉（冠脉）旁路移植术等再灌注治疗策略的早期应用,部分透壁MI患者的心电图上并不出现病理性Q波[3].
