An Active Contour Model Applied to Vascular Image Segmentation

摘要 本文提出了一种适用于血管图像分割的活动轮廓模型。根据局部轮廓曲线与血管边界的吻合状况,该模型能够自适应地调节能量方程中全局强度信息和局部强度信息的比重。实验结果表明,此模型能够有效地应用于非均匀、含噪声血管造影图像的分割。与其它方法相比,该方法对轮廓曲线的初始位置不敏感,且无需对引入参数进行人工调节。 In this paper is presented an active contour model applied to vascular image segmentation.This model can adaptively adjust the proportion of global and local intensity information in accord with the anastomosis status between local contour and boundaries.Our method is able to work effectively on segmentation of angiographic image with intensity inhomogeneity and noise.Compared with other methods,our method is not sensitive to initialization and it eliminates the need for manual adjustment of new parameter.
