摘要
目的了解丁苯羟酸乳膏结合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的135例面部脂溢性皮炎的患者随机分为两组。治疗组67例早晨外涂丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,晚上外涂丁苯羟酸乳膏,每日各1次,2周后仅以丁苯羟酸乳膏外涂,2次/d,共4周。对照组外涂丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,每日早晚各1次,共4周。治疗结束后比较两组疗效。结果治疗组的临床治愈率为30.77%,对照组为27.69%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复发率治疗组为18.46%,对照组为35.39%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗耐受性好且无严重不良反应发生。结论丁苯羟酸乳膏结合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗面部脂溢性皮炎有着较好的临床疗效,是激素治疗的辅助剂。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination of bufexamac cream and hydrocortisone butyrate cream in treatment of Facial Seborrheic. Methods One hundred and thirty five patients with Facial Seborrbeic were divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty seven patients were smeared with bufexamae cream and bydrocortisone butyrate cream for two weeks, then with bufexamac cream for two weeks only, and sixty eight patients were smeared with hydrocortisone butyrate cream for four weeks only. Results The clinical cure rate of bufexamac cream and hydrocortisone butyrate cream group was not higher than that of hydrocortisone butyrate cream group, with a no statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〉 O. 05 ）. The recovery rate of treatment group was 18.46% , the control group was 35.39% , there were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious side reaction was found in all patients. Conclusion The results suggest that combination of bufexamac cream and bydrocortisone bntyrate cream is a safe and effective regimen in the treatment of Facial Seborrbeic.
