摘要
目的探讨1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗阴囊湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法通过随机数字表法将82例患者分为两组,对照组40例,采用百癣夏塔热片治疗,3片/次,3次/d;治疗组42例,在百癣夏塔热片治疗的基础上外用1%吡美莫司乳膏,2次/d,连用21天。结果治疗组第7天、第14天和第21天的有效率分别为45.23%,69.05%和76.19%,优于对照组的37.50%,45.00%和52.50%。两组第14天和第21天的有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论 1%吡美莫司乳膏治疗阴囊湿疹有良好的效果,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 1% pimecrolimus ointment in the treatment of scrotum eczema. Method According to random number table, eighty-two patients were divided into two groups. Forty patients of control group were treated with baixuanxiatare tablets three pills once , three times a day. Forty- two patients in the treatment group were treated with 1% pimecrolimus cream twice a day combining with baixuanxiatare. Results Effective ratio of the treatment group on the 7th day, 14th day and 21 st day were 45. ：23% ,69.05% and 76.19% respectively, while that of the control group were 37.50% ,45.00% and 52.50%. Statistical significance was found between the two groups on the 14th day and 21st day（P 〈 0. 05）. No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups. Conclusion 1% pimecrolimus ointment in the treatment of scrotum eczema is effective and safe.
