摘要
目的探讨健脾养血祛风方对脾虚型湿疹豚鼠血清中Th细胞因子(IFN-γ及IL-4)水平的影响。方法取健康雄性豚鼠60只,随机分为6组,正常对照组、慢性湿疹组、脾虚慢性湿疹空白对照组、脾虚慢性湿疹中药治疗低剂量和高剂量组、脾虚慢性湿疹西药治疗组。中药组以健脾养血祛风方进行治疗,西药组以盐酸西替利嗪治疗,检测各组外周血中的IFN-γ和IL-4的水平。结果脾虚慢性湿疹豚鼠模型存在不同程度的血清IFN-γ水平下降、IL-4水平上升,中药治疗高剂量组及西药治疗组能上调血清中IFN-γ水平、下调血清中IL-4水平,但中药治疗高剂量组及西药治疗组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾养血祛风方对于脾虚湿疹豚鼠模型Th(Th1/Th2)细胞因子水平有一定的影响。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the JianPiYangXueQuFengFang on the level of serum Th cytokines （interferon-gamma and interleukin 4） in guinea pigs with splenoasthenic eczema. Methods Sixty healthy guinea pigs were diveded into 6 groups, which were normal control group, chronic eczema group, chronic splenoasthenic eczema control group, chronic splenoasthenic eczema therapeutic group of using low or high dose of Chinese herbs, and western medicine. The models of chronic splenoastheric eczema were treated with Chinese herbs, and it was compared with that were treated by positive medicine （Cetirizine Hydrochloride）. The level of IFN-~ and IL-4 in peripheral blood were detected. Results The level of serum IFN-~ increaed and IL4 decreased to different extent was existed in the models with chronic splenoasthenic eczema. The level of serum IFN-7 in guinea pigs with chronic splenoasthenic eczema that were treated by using high dose of Chinese herbs and western medicine was increased and the level of their serum IL-4 was decreased simul- taneously, but there was no significant difference between these two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion The JianPiYangXueQuFengFang had some effects on the level of Th （Thl and Th2） cytokines in models of guinea pigs with splenoasthenic eezema.
