摘要
目的:通过比较多层螺旋CT与根尖定位片在确定埋伏牙位置、形态、萌出方向的差异,以探讨螺旋CT在埋伏牙正畸治疗中的应用价值。方法:选择有前牙或前磨牙埋伏的病人60例共68个埋伏牙,分别采用根尖定位片和多层螺旋CT,分析其位置、形态和萌出方向,并与翻瓣导萌术或拔除术中的实际情况进行比较。结果:用根尖定位片诊断埋伏牙时,各指标与金标准的符合率分别为,位置91.18%,形态61.76%,萌出方向95.59%;多层螺旋CT判定位置、形态的符合率均为98.53%,萌出方向为100%。在判定埋伏牙的位置、形态上,螺旋CT较根尖定位片具有明显优势。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建技术能更加清晰、直观地展现埋伏牙的位置、形态以及三维空间位置关系,对于制定合理的治疗方案具有重要的指导意义。
AIM:To evaluate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT for orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth by comparing the tooth position,tooth shape and direction of tooth erection with those of root radiographs.METHODS:Sixty cases with 68 impacted anterior teeth and premolars were examined with root radiograph and multislice spiral CT.The tooth position,shape and erection direction of the impacted teeth were read and compared with clinical findings after flap-oeperation.RESULTS:The accordance rates of root radiograph and multislice spiral CT with clinical findings were 91.18%(98.53%),61.76%(98.53%) and 95.59%(100%) for root position,root shape and direction of erection,respectively.Multislice spiral CT was more accurate in determining the position and shape of impacted teeth.CONCLUSION:The 3-dimensional reconstruction of teeth by multislice spiral CT can show the shape,position and direction of teeth accurately and can provide more trust-worthy images for orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth.
