摘要
针对缔置法硫酸钾工艺在工程化过程中暴露的堵塞问题，采用一种新型萃取结晶反应器，并在连续试验中得到成功应用。产品质量和外观都得到明显改善，萃取剂损失量也大为降低，为萃取法生产硫酸钾展示了良好的工业化前景。
In the light of blockage revealed during scaleup of the associationreplacement process for potassium sulfate, a new type of extractive crystallizing reactor is a dopted and used successfully in a continuous experiment. The product quality and appearance are markedly improved, and the loss of the extraction agent is reduced considerably, showing good prospects for commercialization of the technology for the production of potassium sulfate by extraction.
