摘要
从立项作者、项目学科分布、发文分析、立项机构、申请项目数及完成情况等方面统计和分析了2000-2005年获准立项的山西省科学基金项目,提出了提高山西省科学基金项目的立项数量和质量,完善山西省基金项目制度的对策建议。
This paper makes statistical analysis on approved projects supported by Shanxi science fund in the period of 2000-2005 from aspects of the project author,published papers analysis, project approval organization, quantity of project applications, and project completion, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on increasing the quantity and improving the quality of the projects of Shanxi science fund and perfecting the system of Shanxi science fund project.
