分析了加快党校图书馆发展的意义,从更新馆员观念、加强队伍建设、强化机制、突出党校图书馆藏书特色等6个方面探讨了党校图书馆发展的途径。
This paper analyzes the significance of speeding up the development of Party school library,and probes into some paths for developing Party school library from aspects of renewing librarians＇concept,optimizing the service,strengthening the team construction,enhancing the mechanism,embodying the characteristics of Party school library＇s collection.
