摘要 为了建立淮麦25高产栽培技术体系,探讨了密度和氮肥运筹对淮麦25产量及品质的影响。结果表明,密度在195~285万/hm2范围内,随着密度的增加,淮麦25成穗数呈增加趋势;当密度达到330万/hm2时,成穗数显著下降;千粒重及穗粒数随密度的增加呈下降趋势。另外,随追肥比例的增加,淮麦25的千粒重、穗粒数、产量及成穗率呈增加趋势,且主要品质指标也较高。产量较高的处理其叶绿素含量在各个阶段也相应较高,说明叶绿素含量与产量存在一定的相关性。综上所述,在240~285万/hm2密度范围内,氮肥运筹比例基肥∶拔节肥∶孕穗肥=5∶1∶4时,淮麦25可实现高产与品质的协调。 The paper explored the effects of density and nitrogen management on the yield and the quality of Huaimai25 so as to establish its technical system of high yield cultivation. The results showed that 1 000-grain weight and grains per spike decline as plant density increases, and the spike increases as plant density increases when plant density is 195-285 × 10 4/hm2, but the spike declines when plant density is 330 × 104/hm2. 1 000-grain weight, grains per spike, the yield, the percentage of ear-bearing tiller and the quality increase as the top-dressing ratio increases. The chlorophyll content of flag leaf increases with the high yield, so chlorophyll is correlated with the wheat yield. And the coordination between high yield and high quality of Huaimai25 can be realized under the conditions of plant density of 240-285 × 10 4/ hm2, and the top-dressing ratio of base fertilizer:jointing fertilizer:booting fertilizer = 5:1:4.
