摘要
通过对5种观赏丛生竹叶片抗旱生理指标变化的研究,为竹子抗性机理研究提供理论依据,为丛生竹的南竹北移及北方园林应用提供参考依据。在自然干旱胁迫条件下,研究了引种至青岛的5种观赏丛生竹叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性糖含量变化,并采用模糊隶属法综合评价5种观赏竹的抗旱性。结果表明:5个竹种在8月初干旱胁迫时间最长时,叶片中的SOD活性、MDA含量和可溶性糖含量均达到最高,以后,随着干旱胁迫时间的缩短而降低,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长而增高。根据3种生理指标进行的抗旱性综合评价结果是:观音竹和小琴丝竹的抗旱性相对最强,其次是菲黄竹和靓竹,孝顺竹的相对最弱。
Study on changes of physiological indexes of drought resistance of bamboo leaves of five ornamental bamboo species,and the research results provided the theories basis for bamboo ' s resistant mechanism,and provided reference for planting bamboo in north from south and landscape application in north.The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the contents of malondiadehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar of bamboo leaves of five ornamental bamboo species,which introduced to Qingdao,were studied under natural drought condition.And the subordinative fuzzy function was used to evaluate comprehensively the drought resistance of the five ornamental bamboo species.The results suggested that:in early August,the five ornamental bamboo species were subjected to the longest drought stress,the activities of superoxide dismutase,the contents of malondiadehyde and soluble sugar were rising to the maximum;the longer the drought stress,the bigger the contents of MDA and soluble sugar,the bigger the activities of SOD.the method of subordinative fuzzy function was used to evaluate their drought resistance ability comprehensively based on physiological and biochemical indexes.The results indicated a drought resistance sequence.And it was that both of the drought resistance of Bambusa multiplex var.riviereorum≈Bambusa multiplex var.multiplex Sasa auricoma E.G.Camus≈Sasa glabra f.alba-striata Muroi B.multiplex (Lour.)Raeuschel.
