Influences of Different Experimental Treatment on Clonal Growth Characteristics and Reproductive Allocation of Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don

摘要 通过田间实验,将采自重庆缙云山4个野外居群的头花蓼(Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don)分别进行施肥、浇水、遮阴处理,对其生长、开花期、繁殖分配等性状进行了观测,并结合野外观察对居群间的差异进行了分析和讨论。采自黄色沙壤的头花蓼居群在既浇水又施肥的全光照条件下生长最好,浇水、施肥处理对促进头花蓼的生物量有明显益处,且施肥处理的效果大于浇水处理。全光照对其有性生殖有明显的促进作用,遮阴处理的头花蓼生物量和生殖分配均最小。 By field experiment, the characteristics of Polygonum capitatum Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don collected from 4 wild populations of Chongqing Jinyun Mountain were studied under different treatments of fertilizing, irrigation or shading conditions. And its characters, including traits of growth, flowering, reproductive were investigated. The differences among populations were also analyzed and discussed combined with field observation. The results showed that combination of irrigation and fertilizer had positive effects on plant growth, but shading had an obvious negative impact on its reproduction. The population of Polygonum capitatum Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don from yellow sandy soil habitat grow best when they were irrigated, fertilized and at full-light.
