摘要
以龙船花为材料,叶面喷洒不同浓度的GA、6-BA、NAA、PP333,研究它们对龙船花的生长、开花及花芽分化不同时期的叶绿素含量的影响,为龙船花的花期调控提供理论依据。研究结果表明:GA、PP333使龙船花的花期分别推迟14~30天、4~14天;NAA、6-BA使龙船花的花期分别提早2~5天、14~23天;GA促进龙船花新枝生长,PP333对龙船花有显著的矮化作用;NAA可以使龙船花的叶绿素含量增加。其中300mg/LGA和400mg/L6-BA在改善株型、提高切花品质等方面综合效果较好。
The effects of sprayed with different concentrations of GA,6-BA,NAA and PP333 on the growth,florescence and the chlorophyll content in different periods of bud differentiation in theIxora chinensis were studied. The objective of the study was to provide the theoretic basis for the florescence control ofIxora chinensis. The results showed that GA and PP333 could delay the florescence date,the delay days were 5-6 days and 2-3 days respectively; while NAA and 6-BA could early the florescence date,the early days were 2-5 days and 14-23 days respectively. GA could promote the growth of new branches,PP333 had an obvious dwarfing effect toIxora chinensis and NAA could increase the chlorophyll content ofIxora chinensis. Besides,300 mg/L GA and 400 mg/L 6-BA had better comprehensive effects on improving plant type ofIxora chinensis and increasing the quality of the cutting flower.
