摘要
目的:评价小剂量NAHC个体化治疗方案对老年高血压的临床疗效和安全性。方法:入选老年原发性高血压患者120例,采用小剂量NAHC个体化治疗方案,疗程12周,每2周随访1次,观察收缩压、舒张压、心率、降压达标率、有效率及不良反应。结果:治疗12周后,患者血压达标率89.2%,总有效率95.8%,不良反应发生率仅0.8%,全部患者均按治疗方案服药。与治疗前相比,患者收缩压从(168.6±14.7)mmHg下降到(131.4±3.3)mmHg(P<0.05),舒张压从(98.8±10.1)mmHg下降到(79.6±5.1)mmHg(P<0.05),心率从(80.7±8.1)次/min下降到(74.3±7.2)次/min(P<0.05),血糖、血脂、血尿酸及血钾水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小剂量NAHC个体化治疗方案能显著降低老年高血压患者的血压,耐受性良好,不良反应少。
Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of small dose of NAHC individualized treatment program in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods：Selected 120 cases of elderly essential hypertive patients were treated by small dose of NAHC individualized treatment program. Course of treatment was 12 weeks. All patients were followed up once every 2 weeks and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,heart rate, the rate of reaching standard, the total effective rate and adverse reaction were observed. Results ： After 12 weeks, the rate of reaching standard was 89. 2% , the total effective rate was 95.8% , the rate of adverse reaction was only 0. 8% , and all patients took medicine according to treatment protocols. Compared with pretherapy, systolic blood pressure decreased from 168.6 ± 14. 7mmHg to 131.4 ± 3.3mmHg （P 〈 0. 05 ）, diastolic blood pressure decreased from 98.8± 10. 1 mmHg to 9. 6 ± 5.1 mmHg （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, heart rate decreased from 80. 7 ±8. lbpm to 74. 3±7.2bpm （P 〈0. 05） ,and blood glucose,blood lipids, blood uric acid and blood kalium ion were no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Small dose of NAHC individualized treatment program can notably decrease the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients, be well tolerated and has little adverse reaction.
