依托咪酯对异氟烷镇痛催眠作用的影响

摘要 目的:观察依托咪酯对异氟烷镇痛、催眠作用的影响。方法:120只小鼠随机分为3种实验方法组(n=40),每组再分为4小组(n=10):生理盐水组,异氟烷组,依托咪酯组,异氟烷和依托咪酯合用组。通过甩尾实验、扭体实验和催眠实验分别观察各组小鼠给药后甩尾潜伏期、扭体次数、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠维持时间和入睡率的变化。结果:依托咪酯能延长异氟烷镇痛小鼠的镇痛时间(P<0.05),减少扭体次数(P<0.05);缩短小鼠的睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05),显著延长小鼠的睡眠维持时间(P<0.01)并增加小鼠的入睡率。结论:依托咪酯可以增强异氟烷的镇痛、催眠作用。 Objective: To observe the influences of etomidate on the analgesic and hypnotic effects of isoflurane. Methods :120 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups for three tests (n =40) ; and each large group were further divided into 4 small groups ( n = 10) : normal saline group ( NS group) , etomidate group ( E group) , isoflurane group (Iso group) and the combination of isoflurane and etomidate group (Iso + E group). Tail - flick latency (TFL) in tail - flick test, writhing times (WTs) in writhing test and sleeping latency (SL), sleeping time (ST), sleeping ratio in hypnotic test were employed to observe the variation of each group. Results: Etomidate prolonged the analgesic period of isoflurane in mice ( P 〈 0.05 ) and decreased the WTs ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; shortened the SL ( P 〈 0. 05 ), prolonged the ST significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) and increased the sleeping ratio. Conclusions: Etomidate can reinforce the analgesic and hypnotic effects of isofiurane in mice.
