摘要
【目的】探讨脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能家长自评量表(Cerebral Palsy-Gross motor Function Questionnaire,CP-GMFQ)在脑瘫儿童康复门诊中的实用性,为家长了解病情与指导家庭训练提供依据。【方法】采用粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)对55例脑瘫儿童进行评估,同时让患儿家长采用CP-GMFQ进行自评,对两个量表结果的相关性和测试结果进行分析。【结果】CP-GMFQ与GMFM-88的相关性较高(r=0.93),家长可顺利完成该自评量表。【结论】CP-GMFQ有助于脑瘫儿童家长在家庭环境中简便易行、科学合理地评价患儿粗大运动功能并指导其家庭康复训练,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To explore the practicality of Cerebral Palsy-Gross Motor Function Questionnaire （CP-GM- FQ） in the children rehabilitation clinic, and to provide evidence for their guardian in understanding their conditions and guiding home training. [Methods] Fifty-five children with cerebral palsy were evaluated with the gross motor function measure （GMFM-88） by the technician and CP-GMFQ by the guardian in the clinic of rehabilitation center of Hunan Chil- dreffs Hospital from January 2009 to May 2010. The data of both scales and the relation between two scales was studied. [Results] There was a significant relation between the CP-GMFQ and the GMFM-88 （r=0.93）. The guardian could successfully complete the questionnaire. [Conclusions] The CP-GMFQ may be arranged as a routine assessment in the children rehabilitation clinic ,which contributes to simply, facilitatively, scientifically and reasonably evaluate the child by the guardian at family background and guide his home training, which is worthy applying in clinical practice.
