叶酸和同型半胱氨酸在神经系统发育中的作用研究进展

摘要 神经系统的正常发育需要含叶酸饮食,叶酸在调控神经生成和程序性细胞死亡中起重要作用。近年来的流行病学和实验研究发现,叶酸缺乏和伴随其后的血中同型半胱氨酸水平增高在神经系统发育中可影响神经可塑性,从而导致神经退行性病变。本文对叶酸和同型半胱氨酸在神经系统发育中的作用研究作出综述。
