摘要
目的:从狗尾草果实中提取、鉴定总糖,并建立狗尾草果实中总糖的含量测定方法。方法:用蒸馏水做溶剂从狗尾草果实中回流提取总糖,并用剩余碘量法测定其总糖的含量。结果:测得狗尾草果实中总糖的含量为1.6783%。结论:本法操作简便、迅速,结果准确可靠,可用于狗尾草果实总糖成分的提取、鉴定和含量测定。
Objective： To extract and identify total sugar from Setaria viridis （ L. ） Beauv. ripe fruits and determination the content of total sugar. Methods：To reflux and extract total sugar from Setaria viridis （L.）Beauv. ripe fruits by the type of solvent water. Indirect iodimetry was applied to determine the content of total sugar. Results：The content of total sugar was 1. 6783%. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable, accurate and rapid for extraction, identification and content determination of total sugar from Setaria viridis（ L. ） Beauv. ripe fruits.
