摘要
分析了脱丙烷塔再沸器回水线产生水锤的原因,通过增大锅炉给水量,降低回水温度,可以消除水锤现象;通过降低回水罐压力,提高再沸器加热介质液位,强化再沸器传热效果等措施,可以保证脱丙烷塔的正常运行。
Reasons of generation of water hammer in the return pipe of the reboiler of the depropanizer has been analyzed, water hammer has been disappeared by increasing flow rate of BFW and decreasing temperature of return water. By the mean time, stable operation of the depropanizer has been guaranteed by decreasing pressure of the return water pot, increasing level of heating medium, and intensify effect of heat exchange of the reboiler of the depropanizer.
