摘要
聚氯乙烯生产过程中,采用次氯酸钠清净原料气粗乙炔会产生大量工业废水,既污染环境又浪费水资源。当废液中的溶解乙炔气排入下水管道即存在安全隐患,又使消耗提高,增加生产成本。针对次氯酸钠清净过程中的这些问题,通过实际生产试验,研究出了浓硫酸清净技术,利用浓硫酸的氧化性可除去粗乙炔气中的硫化氢和磷化氢,同时通过改变原有的清净冷却工艺,产生的冷却水循环利用,可使废水的产生量大大降低。
During PVC production process,using sodium hypochlorite to clean the raw acetylene leads to large number of industrial wastewater which contaminates the environment and wastes water resource.When the wast water containing the dissolved acetylene gas is discharged into the sewer pipe,it brings about a security risk and increases consumption and increases production costs.In order to solve these issues yielded in the clean process by sodium hypochlorite,a concentrated sulfuric acid clean technology was developed through practic.By use of the oxidation character of concentrated sulfuric acid,hydrogen sulfide and phosphine in the crude acetylene gas can be removed and the clean process in the original cooling process is changed.In this way the resulting cooling water can be recycled and the amount of wastewater can be greatly reduced.
