摘要
目的探讨有5 a以上经验的经尿道手术医师采用双极等离子体切割系统进行标准前列腺切除术(PKRP)治疗高危良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析了103例高危BPH患者采用经尿道双极等离子进行标准切除术,并对手术前后各项指标进行分析比较。结果 103例患者均一次顺利完成手术,手术时间平均46 min,手术前后IPSS、QOL、Qmax、RUV改变具有统计学意义。结论经充分术前准备,由具有5 a以上经验经尿道手术医师采用双极等离子体切割系统进行标准切除术(PKRP)治疗高危良性前列腺增生(BPH)是可行的,基本可以切除干净增生组织,可推广应用于高危前列腺增生症患者。
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of the prostate with bipolar plasmakinetic （PKRP）operated by surgeons with experience over 5 years. Methods 103 patients with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） had been treated by standard PKRP,and the indices were analysed retrospectively. Results All the operations were successful. The average time of PKRP procedure was 46 rain. There was significant difference in IPSS,QOL,Qmax and RUV between preoperation and postoperation. Conclusion With sufficient preparation and operated by surgeons with experience over 5 years, the high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia can be removal entirely by bipolar plasmakinetic. It is feasible and can be extended.
