hSAMP32基因疫苗的构建及对小鼠生育的影响

摘要 目的构建hSAMP32避孕疫苗,研究其对小鼠生育率的影响。方法扩增hSAMP32基因片段;hSAMP32基因测序;重组质粒pcDNA3.1(+)-hSAMP32的构建;观察BALB/c小鼠生殖能力是否受到影响。结果经对比,目的基因组较对照组穿卵率明显下降。结论 hSAMP32基因可以降低BALB/c小鼠的生殖能力。 Objective To construct hSAMP32 contraceptive vaccine, and to study its impact on fertility in BALB/c mice. Methods The authors amplified gene hSAMP32, sequeuced hSAMP32 gene, reconstructed DNA vaccine(pcDNA3.1 ( + )-hSAMP32), using gene-gun to put DNA vaccine into BALB/c mice, and observed the BALB/c mice' s reproductive ability. Results The gravidity rate decreased greatly compared to the control group. Conclusion hSAMP32 can be used as immunocontraceptive vaccine to decrease the rate of pregnancy of mouse.
