摘要
成功的科学的体育管理,源于实践。有效的体育管理,是一项非常细致、复杂的工作,需要管理者有高度的责任心。管理工作主要体现在日常工作上,需要得到全体教职员工的关心、支持。管理工作不是短期行为,而是在一系列的观察、了解、探索、分析、推理、论证的基础上,以"令人满意"为管理原则,实现管理的"公开、公平、公正",为教师创造一个和谐的工作环境,使得体育课程建设在健康的轨道上有序进行。
Successful and scientific sports management comes from practice. Effective sports management is a delicate and complex work, which needs strong sense of responsibility. Management is mainly reflected in daily work. It needs all faculties＇support. Management is not a short- term behavior, but based on a great deal of work of observation, realization, exploration, analysis, rea^ning, and based upon the manage principles of satisfaction, to achieve the management ＂open, fair and just＂, create a harmonious working environment for teachers, makes P.E. eourse construction in a healthy and orderly way.
