摘要
随着乒乓球规则的不断改变,力量训练受到了乒乓球领域前所未有的追捧.然而在力量训练中,各级教练员和运动员将训练的重点主要放在了四肢上,忽视甚至放弃了核心部位肌肉力量的训练,且对核心力量认识的不足影响了乒乓球力量训练的质量和效果.为此,从解剖学、生理学和运动训练学的角度,全方位阐明核心力量训练在乒乓球运动中的作用及意义,并结合乒乓球运动的特点,提出了核心力量训练的基本方法和训练原则,以期能为当前乒乓球运动员的力量训练提供参考性建议.
With the ever-changing rules of table tennis,strength training has been unprecedented in the field of table tennis.However,in the process of strength training,coaches and athletes at all levels focused mainly on the limbs,neglected or even abandoned the heart muscle strength training,and their lack of understanding of the core strength affects the quality and effect of strength training in the table tennis sport.To this end,this article clarifies the role and significance of the core strength training in the table tennis sport from the perspective of the anatomy,physiology and sports training and puts forward the basic core strength training methods and training principles combining the characteristics of table tennis in order to provide referential recommendations for the current table tennis strength training.
