摘要
本文根据理想点法的基本原理，提出了一种基于高等学校资源利用效率评估结果的浮动基金资助方法。
Based on the general knowledge of the ideal point method,this article develaps a method of subsidizing the floating fund,which is based on evaluation concerning the efficiency of untilizing resources in colleges and universities.Furthermore,its application is illustrated.
