摘要
文章针对我国图书馆与美国同行存在的差距,提出了改善我国图书馆运行环境的对策和建议,包括健全法制、建立理事会制度、开辟多元化融资渠道、深化人事制度改革、强化管理功能和推动图书馆资源共享等。参考文献7。
In view of the gap between Chinese libraries and American libraries, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the environments of Chinese libraries such as perfecting legal system, establishing council system, bui/ding up multi-type of financing charmels, deepening revolution of personnel system, strengthening management function and promoting library resources sharing. 7 refs.
