摘要
发达国家农业合作社的发展已有160多年的历史,形成了三种不同的发展模式,文章以法国、日本和美国的模式为典型代表,考察发达国家农业合作社的实践及政策援助;反观我国农民合作经济组织发展的现状,我们应借鉴这些发达国家的经验:合作社是农业现代化发展的必然趋势,法律保障和政府扶持是合作社健康发展的重要保证,同时必须尊重农民的意愿。
The history development of agricultural cooperative in developed country is more than 160 years. There are three kinds of developing models of agricultural cooperative, the paper takes France, Japan and American patterns as example to explore the practice and policy support of the developed country agriculture cooperative. According to the current situation that our country peasant＇s cooperative economic organizations develop, we should learn from these experiences of developed countries., the cooperative is an inevitable trend of development of agricultural modernization, legal protection and government support is an important guarantee for the healthy development of cooperatives and respect the wishes of farmers at the same time.
