摘要
目的:回顾总结闭合性腹部损伤合并颅脑损伤患者的诊治体会,为严重创伤患者的救治提供理论依据。方法:选取128例闭合性腹部损伤合并颅脑损伤的患者为研究对象,对其诊疗情况进行分析。结果:128例中治愈117例,死亡11例。结论:闭合性腹部损伤合并颅脑损伤患者的损伤机制复杂。重视院前急救,重视合并其他部位的多发伤,及时准确判断生命体征,尽快采取有效生命支持,及时手术,是救治成功的关键。
Objective： To summarize the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal injury with head injury, and provide the reference for therapy of serious trauma. Methods： 128 cases of blunt abdominal injury with head injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 121 cases cured. 7 cases were dead. Conclusions： The clinical manifestations and mechanism of blunt abdominal injury with head injury are complex , which is often accompany with severe multiple trauma. It is very important to treat blunt abdominal injury with serious cerebral injury with prehospital first aid, effective life support and prompt operation.
