摘要
目的梳理历代文献中关于柴胡的药性、功效、毒性认知过程的记载,结合传统中医对柴胡的认识,为临床合理用药及开展柴胡"药性-功效-毒性"相关性研究提供文献依据和研究思路。方法对历代文献中柴胡相关记载进行整理、分析、归纳。结果历代文献关于柴胡的功效、主治有不同的记载;历代本草未将柴胡列为有毒之品,但在临床应用过程中,一些医家逐渐认识到柴胡的毒副作用。结论文献研究说明柴胡有一定的毒副作用,与"柴胡劫肝阴"的说法及现代临床应用中出现的不良反应相吻合,但柴胡为疏肝解郁要药,目前针对柴胡的药性、功效、物质基础和毒性研究都是孤立的,彼此之间缺少关联性。因此,如何平衡柴胡"疏肝解郁"与"柴胡劫肝阴"两者之间的关系,从柴胡功效入手观察和发现毒性,用现代语言阐明柴胡发挥功效与产生毒性的内在本质关系,以更有效、安全地应用柴胡,成为目前亟待解决的一个问题。
Objective Combing literature about medicinal property,effect,toxicity of Bupleurum chinense,to provide literature accordance and idea for the relevance research of ＂medicinal property-effect-toxicity＂.Methods Ancient books,literature in past dynasties about Bupleurum chinense were collated,analyzed and summarized.Results There are different records on the efficacy,indications of Bupleurum chinense in ancient literature Bupleurum chinense were not classified as toxical chemicals in the ancient literature,but in the process of clinical application,some physicians come to realize the toxicity and side effects of Bupleurum chinense.Conclusion Literature study shows that there are certain toxicity and side effects of Bupleurum chinense,consistency with the records about＂ Bupleurum chinense robbing hepatic yin＂ and modern clinical adverse reactions.Some physicians believe that Bupleurum chinense is the first drug to treat ＂liver qi stagnation＂.At present the researches of the medicinal,effect,material basis and toxicity in Bupleurum chinense are isolated,so how to balance the relationship between ＂shuganjieyu＂ and ＂ Bupleurum chinense robbing hepatic yin＂,to observe and find the toxicity starting from the effect of Bupleurum chinense,and using modern language to clarify the intrinsic nature relationship between effect and toxicity of Bupleurum chinense become a problem that should be solved urgently to be more effective and safe application of Bupleurum.
