摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定清热解毒片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:实验条件为色谱柱:KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(52:48:0.1),检测波长:278nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:黄芩苷的平均回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.26%(n=9)。结果:该法简便,结果准确,专属性强,重现性好,可将其作为清热解毒片的质控指标之一。
Objective： To establish high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） to detect the contents of qingrejiedu films baicalin. Methods： the experimental conditions for chromatographic column KromasilCls （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 muon m）, mobile phase： methanol -water - phosphate （52：48：0.1 ）, detected wavelength： 278 nm, tending now velocity of 1.0 mL/min. Results： the average recovery for pingyi 99.74%, RSD 0.26% （ n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and strong specificity, reprodueible and can be as qing rejiedu slice quality indexes, enterprise.
