摘要
该文分析了城镇化发展规律和辽宁沿海经济带城镇化发展现状,提出了经济带城镇化的构想。按照城乡统筹的思路,重点探讨了户籍、土地、就业、社会保障、住房、教育医疗、资金投入等推进沿海城镇化的七个关键问题,提出了若干思路和改革措施。
Based on the analysis on the law of urban-rural development and status quo of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt,this article envisions the deveopment blueprint for Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt with respect to seven major issues：registered residence,land,employment,social security,housing,education,medicare and financial input.
